This unit is a newly renovated, non-smoking, three bedroom unit in a family oriented resort. Bedding includes a queen size bed in the Master Suite, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and 2 queen beds in the other room with a queen size sleep sofa. Washer and dryer in the unit. Spacious living areas including dinette. Large kitchen that is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Pets are not allowed. Unit is beautifully decorated in a beach decor. Step out to the balcony with table and chairs that has a relaxing atmosphere. Directly behind this unit is a small pond and a distant view of the ocean.  This unit is on the south end of the resort and a short stroll to the beautiful white sand beaches for you to enjoy the fun and sun.

Activities (on site or nearby): Beaches, Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Surfing, Parasailing, Shelling, and Tiki Bar.

Repeat guest/Referred guest program:  After your stay, I will send you a coupon good for a discount on your next stay as follows:  If you stayed with us for 3 days up to 1 week = $25;  1 week or longer = $50.  ALSO - if you refer a friend, you will receive a coupon in the above amounts based upon your referral's visit (sent to you after their stay is completed, good for your next visit).  There is no limit on the number of coupons you can use toward your stay! 


4 night minimum some holidays $250 Security/Booking Deposit required.  No student groups, must have adult 25 or older to check in.  One time cleaning fee of $85.00 per check-in is added to the above rates.

I love it, how do I get it?  1) Click on the Check for availability link above.  I will get an email and will respond as to whether or not it is available.  2)  If it is open, and you would like for me to reserve it for you, simply respond to my email and tell me you would like it.  3)  Click on Lease Agreement link, print the agreement, put your dates and sign at the bottom.  4)  Mail to address on lease agreement with a deposit check for $250.  THAT'S IT!
